High-Potential Leaders

Accelerating Leadership Readiness

The solutions are designed to test and stretch participants in the future role before they get there. These solutions are typically 6-18 months in duration, blended, multi modular, and very experiential. They also provide executive leadership insight into the talent potential within the organization.

Mid-Level Leaders

Tailored, capability focused, leading leaders. Mid-Level leaders are typically translating strategy, vision, and goals to multiple team leaders. They are also the feedback loop to senior leaders. They are a critical group and often overlooked by L&D departments. Our work here is typically around communication, motivating others, strategic thinking, and taking leadership action to execute on strategy. Our solutions at this level take many different forms from 100% A-Synchronous to blended. From a 3-day boot camp to a 6-month journey.

Frontline Leaders

Mastering People Leadership & Team Execution

Tailored, capability focused, peer connected solutions for Frontline Leaders. Almost all companies promote individual contributors with excellent technical skills to be Frontline Leaders. These new leaders need to develop fundamental leadership capabilities and a peer network fast. Our solution seems at this level take many different forms from 100% asynchronous to blended. From a 2-day boot camp to a 12-week journey.
